VastuKosha does not currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD).

VastuKosha operates a 10-day return and exchange window for eligible products, subject to the applicable product conditions.

The standard resolution is exchange rather than refund.

Return shipping costs are generally borne by the customer.

Certain products, including jewellery, gemstones, personalised products and products specifically prepared for an individual, may be non-returnable.

An unboxing video may be required for claims involving damaged, missing or incorrect products.

20. Refunds

Refunds are not the standard remedy under VastuKosha's exchange-only return policy.

Where a refund is approved or required under applicable law, it will generally be processed within 7 days, subject to payment-provider processing times.
